Are you looking for a quick, simple and easy photo session to grab that last minute family photo for your Christmas card?

Maybe with a bit of a nostalgic, Mid-Century vibe? Yes, please!

Look no further! You're in the right place.

What to Expect

I will never ask you or your kids to say CHEESE - I PROMISE.

As a Mama and wife, I don't get in front of the camera as often as I should. But, I do take thousands of images of my husband and kiddos that will likely live in the black hole-cloud that is our iPhones.

Let's spend a little time together capturing that perfect Christmas Card photo, with a little nostalgic feel. All the Mid-Century retro vibes, and lots of love!

Let's do this. xoxo

Tips & recommendations

You are always more than welcome to choose whatever fits your family's style at your session with Katiebee Photography, but I'd love to help guide you in a direction where you can get the most out of our time together!

Earth tones, neutral, warm & simple work best with my style of photography and editing. The focus will be on you and yours in a beautiful setting, so let's ensure what you're wearing isn't a distraction.

After you book, I will provide you with various links and recommendations on how to put your look together. But, since you're here why not let me share a few tips right away!

  • Stick to neutrals & warmer, earthy tones (i.e. creams, browns, greens, etc.)
  • Add dimension by texture variations vs. adding in additional colors
  • Add in holiday feels with patterns, and muted reds/greens.
  • Think of nostalgic, timeless pieces
  • Corduroy
  • Linen
  • Wool, etc.
  • Avoid bright colors, high contrast - i.e >>
  • no black & white >> try black and cream
  • no buffalo plaid >> try a soft gingham as a pattern pop in accessories (socks, or bows, etc.)
